Sonny is a 16 year old runaway. He leaves
behind an alcoholic mother, a sweet sister named Morgan and his
father a local policeman. His folks are so wrapped up in their own
problems they don't really notice when the boy is gone.
Sonny keeps in touch through his sister
whom he calls all the time.
Sonny is a great thief and storyteller
and that's how he gets along on the streets until he meets the 'Plantation'
kids. It is then he is exposed to the darker side of street life.
Sonny adapts but hates who he is becoming.
Sonny dresses in his favorite army fatigues
which he uses in his con games to solicit sympathy. His hair is
always spiked and jelled and he tries to look his best all the time.
