Heads up the Homicide Div. of the local
Sheriff’s department. He is busy with a rash of homicides that
have gone unsolved for one and a half years. He suspects a serial
killer but the case has him puzzled, yet determined. He is concerned
about the outbreak of deadly dope that has people dropping like
flies.
