Gabriel is a tall sturdy Latino man in
his 30's. His former street name was ‘Charro’ which means
cowboy. He was the only son of migrant workers. While on the move
his parents died leaving him to fend for himself. While still young
he managed to stay with another migrant family until his teens.
Angry and lost he takes to the streets to peddle drugs etc. After
years of abuse Gabriel becomes the fruit of a bold rescue movement
on street kids in that neighborhood by a local church. The leader
of that movement was Brother Beno. Since then Gabriel has devoted
his life to street rescues on the very streets he used to roam.
He eventually becomes martyred for preaching the Gospel.
